Event Publicity Form

We are looking forward to your upcoming event at Meydenbauer Center. The purpose of this form is to gather some additional information to use in our communications to your guests and the public about your event. Event communications may include listings on our Web site, in our quarterly newsletter/ postcards and in releases to the media. Your responses in this form will ensure that published event information best represents how you would like your event described. If we don't receive this information from you, your event will not be posted on our website or in other materials. Since many guests rely on the Meydenbauer Center website for event information we encourage you to provide at least some information for posting on the site.

All Meydenbauer Center events are listed on our telephone information line within 7 days of the event, and on lobby signs posted throughout the building the day of your event. This is a service for your attendees.

This is a free service provided for you. Please return this form at your earliest convenience. Deadlines for several publications are three to four months in advance of events.
