Exhibitor Move-In/Out
Garage
For vehicles 6’9” and smaller, without trailers.
Meydenbauer Center offers convenient freight elevator access from the parking garage. The garage entrance is midblock at 11100 NE 6th Street. The freight elevator on the first parking level provides direct access to the exhibit hall and the fourth floor meeting rooms. Please pull into the parking garage and use Exhibitor Drop-Off Spaces. Our security staff can have carts available for load-in and load-out on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you will be loading in hand-carried freight or using a small dolly, you may also load-in via our passenger elevators that are accessible from parking levels P1, P2, and P3. Parking is complimentary for up to 30 minutes.
Roll Door
For vehicles larger than 6’9” or with trailers.
Meydenbauer Center’s roll up door is ideal for vehicles larger than 6’9″ or with trailers that need to unload at ground level. The roll door is located on the North side of the building, just off 112th Ave NE, about halfway between NE 6th & NE 8th Streets. The roll door load directly into the exhibit hall. Our security staff can have carts available for load-in and load-out on a first-come, first-serve basis. This area is for loading and unloading only, but once you are offloaded, Meydenbauer Center staff will direct you to an oversized parking lot if needed.
Loading Dock
For larger vehicles, only to be used in exceptional cases.
Meydenbauer Center has three loading bays located on the North side of the building just off 112th Ave NE. The loading dock height is 48” with levelers that can each handle 53’ trailers. The loading dock provides direct access to the exhibit hall or easy freight elevator access to the fourth floor meeting rooms. Our security staff can have carts available for load-in and load-out on a firstcome, first-serve basis.
